۵- همین حالا

لابلای مشغله های مختلف این روزها که هر کسی به نوعی به آنها دچار شده، ممکن است به این فکر رسیده باشید که فلان کار را از سال آینده حتما انجام خواهم داد. فرقی هم ندارد این تصمیم مربوط به کسب و کار باشد یا زندگی شخصی. از راه اندازی یک سیستم جدید یا ارایه محصول متفاوت بگیرید تا کاهش وزن و تقویت زبان انگلیسی.

نکته اینجاست که انسانها، همیشه در لحظه های سخت، تصمیم های بزرگ میگیرند. شبهای امتحان را همه ما یادمان می آید که قاطعانه تصمیم میگرفتیم از ترم بعد، بیشتر و بهتر بخوانیم. اتفاقی که با شروع ترم جدید و گذشتن از فشارهای امتحان، کم کم فراموشمان می شد. از این دست ماجرا ها در کسب و کار هم مکرر اتفاق می افتد. فشارهای آخر سال، ما را بر آن می دارد که تصمیم بگیریم در سال بعد چه ها بکنیم و چه ها نکنیم. و اما باز تکرار همان حکایت همیشگی!

حقیقت این است که مشکل از تصمیم ها نیست. تصمیم های ما، هم آنقدر بزرگ هستند که انگیزه ایجاد کنند و هم آنقدر کوچک، که دست یافتنی باشند. شاید مشکل از وعده ی آغاز انجام تصمیم هاست که به سال بعد یا شنبه ی آینده حواله می دهیم!

عرض می کنم اگر تصمیم کار جدیدی دارید یا ترک عادت غلطی، همین حالا که این متن را خواندید، آن را انجام دهید و منتظر وقت دیگری نباشید. زمان مناسب وجود ندارد. هر لحظه می تواند شروع سالی جدید باشد و هر روز، همان شنبه ی موعود.
